⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Tyrone Square Mall used to be one of my absolute favorite places in St. Pete, and I still have a lot of love for this mall. Unfortunately, it really feels like the property needs some serious investment and modernization to bring it back to what it could be. The location is excellent, there are still some good stores, and the mall has a ton of potential. But compared with newer and recently renovated shopping centers around Tampa Bay, parts of Tyrone Square are starting to feel dated and tired. The property could really benefit from refreshed common areas, updated décor and lighting, more modern dining options, and investment in attracting exciting new retailers and experiences. I don’t want to see another traditional mall slowly decline because people still shop here and Tyrone Square has too much potential. With the right investment, renovations, restaurants, entertainment, and new stores, I genuinely think this could become one of the best shopping destinations in Pinellas County again. I have a lot of great memories here and would love to see ownership put some serious money and creativity into its future. Don’t give up on Tyrone Square—revitalize it. The location and

Great customer service! I was a Tyrone Square Mall recently, and Jane, was very helpful, kind, and courteous. We had found 1 pair of pants to purchase, but they were out-of-stock on another pair (probably because of the great sales going on in-store)...As soon as I told Jane that my daughter wanted a particular pair of pants, and that they were out of her size, she found a pair and had them shipped for free to my house! She also asked if I wanted to sign up, in store, for the rewards account, to save $. This was very much appreciated! My daughter and I, sincerely appreciate her thoughtfulness, her help, and her enthusiasm! She is an asset to your company! Thank You! We will definitely continue our school shopping here!

Seats. The men have no place to wait for the wife and kids. But the men do buy. I don’t wish to wait by JD vs be involved in the store. AS if I don’t matter.

I was shocked by how many storefronts are currently empty in this mall. As a tourist, I wasn't sure if this was the aftermath of the recent hurricane, but the mall now seems to rely heavily on its anchor stores like Macy’s and Dillard’s. Dillard’s was a highlight—they carry some international brands that are hard to find elsewhere, which was a pleasant surprise. There are also a few local boutique-style shops offering unique services like tattoos, engraving, and imported souvenirs. While the DSW and Old Navy are large and well-stocked, the mall as a whole is a bit of a miss if you’re looking to do some serious shopping.

This mall used to be super popular and busy as little as 5 or so years ago, but in recent years, it hasn't been doing too well. Stores come and go super quickly because people just don't come here anymore. The place is practically a ghost town now.
